With over 14 years of experience in strategic project portfolio leadership and organizational transformation, I’ve had the privilege of supporting major players across banking, insurance, transportation, infrastructure, and procurement. My core belief is simple yet powerful: bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution to generate real, measurable impact.
I bring a certified and structured approach to complex challenges, backed by:
- PRINCE2® certification in structured project management,
- SAFe® Agilist accreditation in enterprise agility at scale,
- And the ICCF® certification from HEC Paris in corporate finance, which sharpens our ability to align project portfolios with financial and strategic priorities.
